Mr. Fishel is an environmental professional with over 30 years of experience, who has specialized in environmental remediation, project management, and environmental construction management for much of his career. He is very experienced with soil and groundwater investigations and remediation. Mr. Fishel served as staff augmentation for L.A. County Metropolitan Transportation Authority providing oversight on environmental projects ranging up to $5M/year. Mr. Fishel is a registered professional geologist in California and registered geologist in Arizona. He holds a B.S. in Geology from California Lutheran University and a M.S. in geology from Idaho State University.
