Jacob Collins, P.E.

Professional Engineer (CA C78701) & Project Manager

Jacob is responsible for the technical and budgetary strategies needed to direct environmental programs throughout the Exide and Hovensa Trusts. He also manages the day-to-day compliance operations and capital improvement projects for the OII Superfund Site. Jacob is well versed in remediation and treatment of soil, water, and vapor medias.  Previously, he worked at Arcadis North America, where he served as the Environmental Construction Services Southern California Group Leader.  Jacob is a registered professional engineer in the state of California and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Seattle University and a MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
